Capturing the love and joy of a newlywed couple is always a heartwarming experience, and my recent bridal portrait session with Casey and Josue was nothing short of magical. Taking place at the picturesque Poway Equestrian Center in Poway, CA, we set out on a photography journey that beautifully blended romance, equine companionship, and the stunning backdrop of golden hour and sunset lighting.
The session featured a diverse range of settings, from striking black background studio shots, to the ethereal glow of the evening sun casting a warm ambiance over the newlyweds. As a personal touch, I crafted a handmade floral wreath for Casey’s AQHA gelding Spooks For The Chics or “Spock” to wear in some of the photos, adding an extra layer of elegance. The result was a collection of timeless and enchanting images that not only celebrated the union of Casey and Josue but also paid homage to the sweet bond they share with their beloved Spock.
